just want to be sure. These are seeds not bulbs correct? How long will it takes to grow the seeds to be able to harvest the saffron?

Yes, these are seeds, plant them in the fall as you would bulbs. they get their roots over the winter and pop up in the spring just as the bulbs would.

Thank you for the reply. I thought when you plant something from seeds it would takes much longer for plant to mature than if you would plant them from bulbs but I guess it only work on a bigger plant.

No problem. if you plant seeds from bulb plants in the fall they will root same at the bulbs. seeds only take longer to germinate if planted when the season is not cold. i stratify mine in the fridge and trick them into thinking its winter and stick them in the ground if the season is is not cold. :)
