There is some kind of writing on the back but I can not make it out

Sitting here at 500% increase and a magnifying glass.the flowers seem to be done by a semi trained hand as the strokes are not as assured as they would be by an experienced. artist.i love a good mystery ;d

I wish i knew what the writing says.i taught tole and decorative painting for years and as an antique dealer i've sold a lot of them but i've never see this motif before and i'm almost thinking an at home artist did their own design as they did in the19th century.i've gone thru all my reference books andthe main pattern still eludes me.each decade in tole has its own distinct style of flowers and leaves etc.i can't pin it down but have my eye on it.if i get anything will let you know

Judging from the other items in this lady's home, it may date back to late or mid 1800's. That is a guess. She just about has all antiques in her everyday home furnishings. Many have the date on them. or sewn into the quilts we have. Thank you so much!!
