Cortaderia selloana

Large, stately and to say the least; a thrilling garden ornamental! First season grows stalks and second season produces pink pampas. Most definitely worth the wait!!
Great fresh or dried for vase cuttings.
Start 8 weeks early by top sowing in peat pods and keep moist until germination. Or direct sow onto slightly roughed good composted soil. Keep soil moist. When leaves appear begin fertilizing every 2 weeks at 1/2 strength.
ZONES" 7-9
Full Sun.
Needs lots of room to grow. Great for privacy fence or dividing garden area's.

Seeds packaged in glassine bags with color photo and basic germination instructions.
