You are bidding on 2 small seed tubers. 1 can become more than 100 in a single growing season. They prefer to have their roots wet, so, plant them around a pond, or, if potted, keep the water tray full, or, use 1" of gravel in a 6" deep tray. They form a sedge type grass on the surface, frequently producing 6"+ flower spikes. The resulting purplish berries will eventually produce more tubers, but, usually the 2nd year after sprouting. This is a sub-tropical plant, so, if you are above Zone 8 bring them inside for the winter - the tubers mature between late December, and, mid January. Even so, they are fun to grow, and, a very nutricious snack.
