It is made with wool yarn and was felted (washed in hot water to cause shrinking) it's a great for putting your tablet in for protection before untying in your tote bag, back pack, or purse

My tablet is 9.25 inches x 6.5 inches that you see in the picture.
It is 8 inches x 9.75 inches
