This is real sterling silver and real turquoise made by ruth ann begay. A famous Navajo Indian silver crafter. The cross pendant is roughly 2 1/2" long and 1 1/2" wide featuring a beautiful piece of real turquoise in the center. The only other cross I found made by her was $395.00 on ebay and that was just the cross this also comes with a vintage sterling silver twisted chain which is 18" they look really nice together this will come in a gift box

Is the part that the chain goes on, is it a loop or a clip like thing? like closed where the chain has to slide through it?

on the pendant it is a secure solid loop not a clip look at pic number 5 you can see how it loops over the back and is soldered on
