I purchased these from a collector at an estate sale. The set includes the bride and groom shakers. The woman is in great condition from what I can tell, but her stopper is missing, there is writing in ink on the bottom, and sitting traces. There is an embedded copyright marking on the bottom of her gown with a date. I can't tell if it is 1948 or 1968 or 1998. She stands about 4" Tall. The male has some areas on the bottom and on the top of his foot where the porcelain has been damaged. Sitting traces. His stopper still remains. AS I rub my hands over him, I am unable to detect any breaks or cracks. The chips are at the bottom however and on the top of his foot. He stands slightly over 4" Tall. “The girl has markings on the bottom where someone wrote it ink. The stopper is missing. The bottom has sitting wear. Needs cleaned. No breaks, but there is chipping. The male has worn on the bottom, letting has faded. Rough patch on bottom up to the top of his foot. No breaks or cracks noted. Chipping of porcelain at the bottom up to the top of the foot, however. Needs restored. Stopper still existing. The male seems to have salt still inside. Needs cleaned.
