is the foundation a cream base or powder base! Ive seen some in the past who say cream to powder and it was a powder texture! Thank You and I fanned you!

Its sorta hard to describe but its a cream but not like a normal cream its sorta like a paste its comes with a sponge to apply it with them when it dries its like powder and literally feels like you aren't wearing any makeup at all and thanks for the fan-
