I think the size you gave above is are all the sizes that pattern is available. The size of that pattern is on the front and it will have the combo letter(s) and sizes in that combo. If you look at the back there are size combinations [like D(12-14-16)] and usually an envelope will contain one of the combos, unless it says "All Sizes included".

Does it have a particular combo on the front?
