What format please?

Great, thanks. Not sure if you are familiar with the program but members are only allowed to redeem one code per title, per format so it's important to know exactly what code is being offered in order to know whether or not I have already redeemed a code for it. (For instance, if I had already redeemed a code for Inside Out in the DVD format I couldn't use this but I could redeem one for a Blu-ray or combo pack). Kinda confusing I guess if you don't know how the program works, lol. Thanks for clarifying! :)

I tried to explain this exact thing to another seller last night who was offering several codes. I said that without knowing the title and format ahead of time a buyer is really bidding on a mystery because they won't know until they enter it whether or not it will work for them. Nothing wrong with that at all as long as the seller states up front that they don't know and the winner is willing to take a chance. Definitely not a negative reflection upon the seller but this particular one got really defensive and unfortunately proceeded to block me....all because she couldn't understand how the program works and why I was asking for the title and format. In any case good luck with this one. (Hopefully, the people that won hers will be able to redeem their codes. If not, suppose that they'll just have to re-list them). I have been a member for years and it's a great program!
