Holds dogs up to 15 lbs. Has lots of adjustments for owner and pet for comfort. Has 2 pockets that zip for small storage. Great for small dogs bc they can be right with you and go lots of places. Very secure and comfy. Pet can sit up in and look out or lay down in and look out mesh windows. Also has carry handle if you don't want to wear. Straps go over shoulder and then they snap together.
