I do not ship with tracking because of the additional expense ~ if I need to start doing so, I will have to pass that cost on to the bidder and no longer be able to post auctions with FREE SHIPPING. Is it like the picture or is it just white

It's like the picture, where you see "black" is where the vinyl is pulled out. If it was on a red object, then red would show where the black is. Placed on a black surface it would look exactly like the picture.

If you want it to be all SOLID with no cutouts, I can do it that way, but you will lose some of the detail ~ in the arm, leg and screw area.

Also Sean, it could be cut in reverse too, so the black part you see would be the vinyl decal. Next time I cut one, I'll weed it in reverse and put a pic up to show what I mean.

Yes, I can do it in all white, that's not a problem. I just showed it in black so that it stands out better and you can see how it looks.
