Out of curiosity why would you need the drivers license number and date of birth? The bank can cash it without that info and having that info won't stop it from bouncing if the person doesnt have the funds. Thanks!

I have been stuck with someone else's check before that didn't have all the proper ID on it..AND I just don't want that to happen to me again. It cost me alot more than what the check was wrote for because I had to pay the amount of the check PLUS legal fees. I'm covering my butt this time..lol

Hey, just fyi, you can lower the shipping charges if winning bidder is ok with it taking 7-10 days shipping. Its called media mail. Books, dvds, cds, etc ship for less. If one of them is shipped, and it weighs less than about 8-10 oz. it can go by 1st class which at this weight is cheaper than media. Media mail costs $2.41 for the first lb. Then its like about 40 cents each additional lb, So these four books should only cost around $3 or less by media mail. Unless they are really heavy. Just thought you'd like to know there's a cheaper way for books.

Also, beware of money orders and cashier checks as they can be faked and printed on one's home computer and look very convincingly real. I sold a plasma tv off Craig's list back when they sold for $3000. It was new and the people agreed to $2200 but the money orders were fake. Western Union wouldn't honor them and I got stuck. Postal money orders, even cashier checks from large banks can all be faked so make sure they clear before you mail. But you will still be charged the return check fee if they aren't real and you're still out the money. Sometimes we just have to trust the Lord knowing He will help us through when someone else has little values or morals. I believe in Karma but its all from God. What goes round comes round and sometimes all we can do is love our enemies and ask His Blessings upon them knowing it is what we have been asked to do. Hope this helps. Good luck on your auctions.

TYVM for letting me know about the MO & cashiers checks. There's just way too many CROOKS out in this world it's not funny! I fully believe in the saying: WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND!! I'm forever saying that! lol I just wish and pray that there were alot more HONEST people in our world today! It's so hard to teach our children the HONEST way of life and to be true to everyone, when there's people out there trying to destroy things for the good people of the world!
