Description

The listing, 2 older German Comic Books has ended.

This is an auction for 2 older 1974 comic books that are written in German.
They are both in REALLY ROUGH SHAPE! Both covers are ripped, torn, and coming off... Mickey cover is loose... however, the inside of both still have all the pages, are all still readable...
As you can tell one is a Felix the Cat comic book the other is a Mickey Mouse comic book...
Both are great for kids, if you can read German. Or even though in really rough shape... add to your comic book collection.
Since these are older, and in REALLY ROUGH SHAPE... this is an as is auction... I tried to take good enough pictures to show you the shape they are both in.
If you have any questions... please feel free to ask... prior to bidding.
Since this is an as is auction and the comic books are older and in rough shape... I will not do refunds, replacements, exchanges, and or buyers remorse.
I ship free only to verified Listia, U.S. addresses.

Edited Description...
The above still applies... please also read comments to questions below as well...
These have been in the back of the closet, not in any protective sleeve, or plastic. Hauled around since I acquired them in 1974 when I went to Germany, as a teen.
Yes, they do smell... but you have to put your nose right up to them... they smell like old paper... nothing off putting.
There are tape marks as shown in 1st pic. No tape anywhere else in books.
There is a small tear/rip in Mickey Mouse one, at the bottom of one of the pages... the page is still readable on both sides and complete... just a small, about 1 in. tear/rip.
There is a small "sharpie mark" on the back cover of the Mickey Mouse...
Like I said these are in REALLY, REALLY ROUGH SHAPE!
Please continue asking questions... I would you rather ask questions so if you do decide to bid you know what you are getting! If you require any more pics, I would be happy to take more and post them...
Thank You for all the inquiries!

Thank You for responding so quick. My grandfather emigrated from Germany. (Luckily long before the war) . But I still have family there. I'm trying to earn the credits to get these for my father. :-) :-) :-)

How fragile is the paper. Can the pages be turned without being torn ??? Are any of the pages taped together??? (Please DO NOT TAPE if they are not)(it brings down value of comic book). Thank You for offering such unique items. Blessed Be

Connie... yes you can turn pages without being torn. The pages have not been taped... I did find some tape on the top of the Felix cover only... not tape residue on any of the other pages or from that tape... don't know why the tape was put there... I didn't see any rips or tears where the tape was put. You can see in 1st pic. I did go through each one of them more thoroughly... not realizing the interest I would get in them... please read edited comments for a more detailed description... Thank you for asking...
