This is an embrodered demim iron-on patch featuring a yellow and red flower with a green stem. The package isn't in the best condition, but the patch has never been used and is in perfect condition! It is made by Action Industries. It measures 4"x3".(Says:)The instructions:
Heat iron app. 400 (cotton)
Place patch on garment.
Place cloth over patch before ironing.
Iron patch for app. 30 seconds. Press firmly.
Let patch cool. If edge can be lifted repeat last step again.
Warning: Never apply iron directly to embrodery.
Garment should be laundered.
