Questions & Comments

I work for a large chain store that sells A LOT of eos. They haven't been recalled. SOME people have been getting infections if they are allergic to an ingredient in the lip balm and didn't know it. My daughter and I use eos all the time and have never had an issue.

Right???! I use them too as well as my daughter 23 & son 13, now him I've caught tasting it( they are yummy) but I've warned him, about his this creates bacteria, especially once it's capped again. I've replaced his anytime I see this.
Still none of us have ever had a problem & again we never share.
I also believe that if ur allergic to a certain ingredient you'll have a reaction

I think if they were recalled she would have turned them back into the store for full credit that would make more sense she knows she can't sell recalled items so you really need to either prove it or back off and leave her auction be please lady thank you quit hating no one likes a hater love more hate less good luck and much LOVE

Hmmmm that's odd that girls would be getting infections from a lip balm.
They do have an expiration date.
As with any lip/skin care product, it should be discarded after 6-12 months, NEVER share a lip balm, keep tightly closed & most importantly don't lick it!!

If u don't see them in ur store it just mean ur area decided to stop selling them but not all area do it probably because people are having bad reaction to them!

There is a class action lawsuit for the ecos lip balm

Eos advised consumers to send an e-mail with a picture of the affected product to the company for a replacement. So while eos lip balm product can become moldy in some instances(because there are NO preservatives!!!!) the issue is neither new or widespread. The company explained keeping the balm dry could prevent mold growth, and if they receive a complaint about moldy product they will replace it.

I'm not allergic to anything in eos and got a very bad infection and had to go to the hospital to get medicine to treat it
