The strap would be longer than 11" since the straps drop is 11". I'll measure the length of the strap when I get to my store today.

Sorry there is no fabric content tag but if I had to guess, I'd say the lower portion is leather and the upper is canvas or something similar.

Are you sure this authentic? I have Kate Spade purses but none have s tag inside them that says MADE IN CHINA?????? Very confused by that tag. How did you come into possession of this bag? Thank you
