1 BNIP (did open it to check it and taped it back shut) Shrink Wrap and Pull bow bag for making gift baskets. You place the basket inside the bag, shrink wrap around the basket with a blow dryer, attach decorative bow and it is finished. I won this on here in a craft lot and do not need it. It did appear to be damaged so I opened it up to check. It has a slight pucker where it may have gotten too close to a heat or light source, but I don't believe it will hinder the overall use or look of the finished product. The bag still opens up so you can place the basket inside. It is not stuck together. The material is clear and the pull bow is YELLOW.
