Description

The listing, Cake,Cookie Decorating '50's Style has ended.

I remember decorating Christmas Cookies , using this under the supervision of my Mom. There was a Writing Tip, Leaf Tip, a Star Tip and a Petal Tip.
I've included six tips here; you can decorate to your heart's delight!

I've added a Buttercream Frosting Recipe also; tho i'm sure you all have your favorites! xx

Quick and simple butter cream frosting
This recipe is for a tasty vanilla butter cream that can be used to top cakes.
Prep Time: 2 min.
Cook Time: 10 min.
Ready In: 12 min.
Ingredients:
1 cup of butter
1 (possibly 2) tablespoons of whipping cream
3 cups of confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Mix the butter and sugar
Start by taking the sugar and butter, which should be left to soften before mixing, and placing them in a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer (hand mixing is also an option, although it can get tiring) on low speed, gradually blend the butter and sugar together.
Add the vanilla and cream
Once the mixture has come together, add the cream and vanilla essence. If any additional flavors are going to be added, such as cocoa for chocolate flavor, these should also be placed in the bowl. Turn the mixer speed up to medium, then beat for another minute or so. More cream can be added in order to keep the mixture spreadable. Once combined, the butter cream is ready to be piped or spread on a cake or dessert.

*The bowl doesn't come with this "kit"*

Thank you! I agree! I love the look of this one...I found 2 of these in a bag (from when we moved, a couple of years ago!) and there was a newer one with them. I Hope it works well! I really like the 'softer' look of this one. :D

Awesome! If I had time i'd try it out for you, but i'll check both to see which one feels more steady. They are very light, so i think that's a good thing. :D
