Offering a sealed, vintage Meyercord Decal. This Bicentennial decal is a patriotic representation with an eagle, surrounded in red, white and blue. While this could be as much as 40 years old, I have had success with using these, although I can not attest to how this has been previously stored. These are intended to be placed on glass, or wood. When using on wood, I have made a think mixture of white glue and water and lightly brushed on a coat. It will dry clear and hold the decal in place.
