White, 16gb, Att iPhone 4. Shown powered up before and after being reset. I used it with straight talk and the micro SIM card is still installed. I don't have a SIM card tool to open it. The att SIM card shown with the penny is for size purposes only. It has a tempered glass smudge resistant screen protector on it with an aftermarket aluminum home button. It's always been kept in a case. No damage of any kind, no nicks, scratches, dings, etc. Everything works fine. There are no performance issues with this phone at all. I simply joined a family plan and got an iPhone 6+ and this one is no longer needed.

You get everything pictured! ihome alarm clock charger - speaker sounds amazing! New battery for the ihome for alarm back up, Car charger, mophi charging case, lots of fashion cases, stylus, mini stylus, unused antenna sticker, unused back side protector, some short charging/data cables, usb plug, original unused paperwork and original box, and easel.

I'm not sure what the question is. The phone is in pristine condition. I have never used a cloud so I know next to nothing about it. This phone has the capability to interface with the cloud and in the settings it says it has 5gb free of 5gb of icloud storage. Again....I don't know enough about cloud storage to know how to use it or if there's anything else required to use it, like a plan or something maybe. I hope that answers your question.

I was a state investigator for 11 years. Most of my cases were suicides or attempted suicides. I changed jobs last summer. Yes, when I first went to straight talk I had to call AT&T and give them all the phone's info so they could unlock it so I could start new service with ST.
