I have the response to my question regarding "why cant I post a recipe, it is not food that I am offering just my knowledge"? I copied and pasted from the support site.

Thanks for contacting Listia. Recipes are allowed. However, the auction can't be for one recipe; it has to be a collection of recipes. Like with any digital good, it cannot be easily found online and available to the general public for fee.

Feel free to post your unique recipes at any time.

I am a gourmet cook and I like to take different ingredients to come up with my own version of popular dishes.

These are my signature dishes. Top requests.
Chicken Cordon Bleu (pictured above-before and after)
Lasagna
Beef Terriyaki
Boston Cream Pie

Kiddie favorite I will throw in.
Tater tot casserole

I will give you step by step instructions on how to make each one of these recipes. The winner will be mailed the recipes.
