Magic as in magic tricks or is this a whole other game? I couldn't read the cards when I zoomed in. Letters are blurred.

These are "magic the gathering" cards for a deck building card game. No instructions because you need to build your own deck previous to playing the game. You may be able to find user-defined online but I've never seen any come with cards :)
