Yes they do...The skirt has an elastic waist and I needed the bigger size for my hips. LOL

The Jacket and shirt are 90% Acetate and 10% Spandex, also made in the usa. It doesn't show the care instructions but I believe that they would need to be dry cleaned since they are so glittery. and the skirt is Briggs (New York) and 90 percent Polyester and 10% spandex. Machine washable in cold and tumble dry on low.
