The listing, Vintage Wood Honduran Cigar Box + Junk Drawer Stuff has ended.

Super Great looking Honduran Cigar Box, Not perfect condition but darn close!
I m throwing in some junk drawer finds and will probably add more.
Vintage Finds include a Skeleton Key, Snoopy Pinback, Old Phillipino 25 coin, Pretender Pin, 8 Vintage buttons, 3 used old Aviation Stamps, A collectible spoon from Canada. A vintage Advertising Needle Book- Not used from the Chef Cafe in Minneapolis. Older Crucifix Pendant - possible pewter? may add some wheat pennies or other finds, haven't gone through all the drawers yet!
Prefer no GIN but can entertain a fair offer up until the first bid is placed.

Any idea of how old the box really is?

I don't to be honest but believe it is "True Vintage" and that is over 20 years old. I looked for a date on the import/export stamp but did not see any. The ones on Ebay are all in the vintage category and usually can be thrown out if not true to era?

I do think you could lock it, but its not the heaviest wood, you could smash it by throwing hard... I did see one of these made into a purse with hinges and a handle on ebay (Very Cute) which has a few of these on average selling for $25- $30
