The listing, G.I. Joe Figure Trio with Bonus Catalog has ended.
Up for grabs are three, count'em THREE small-scale G.I. Joe figures, each representing a different era of figure sculpting in the line's history. Included are, from left-to-right:
1. Dial-Tone V6, the Joe team's communications expert, from the 2002 BJ's Wholesale Club/Fred Meyer-exclusive "Sound-Attack 8-Pack", representing the A Real American Hero-era (1982-94), as he is a repaint of his 1986 mold.
2. Gung-Ho V13, the Joe team's first Marine, from the 2004-05 "Valor vs. Venom" series, representing the "New Sculpt" era (2002-06), where Hasbro briefly experimented with alternate articulation schemes for its figures (Gung-Ho has an action feature).
3. Snake Eyes V50, the Joe team's original commando/ninja, from the 2009-10 tie-in to the "Rise of Cobra" feature film, representing the "modern era" (2007-present), which eliminated the "o-ring" style of figure construction.
In addition to all three figures, you'll also get a bonus mail-order catalog insert available with figures from 1993-94, titled "Menace in the Wilderness".
All in all, a fun way to introduce a kid to the world of G.I. Joe, or make the kid-at-heart happy with some decent desk display pieces.
