These are adorable! I got these from a wonderful friends, but I don't really have time to do my nails, so letting these beauties sit around isn't fair! :)

in a sense, yes! you apply the nail polish base color, then you put a top coat on, and while it's still wet, you stick the fimos onto the nail! Then, just top coat over that! :D It's actually really fun!! :)
