i see that you are "brand-new" to this site (meaning, no selling history, no feedback, no buying history, zero), you should get verified, there are 5 ways to do so. most seasoned listians do not like to do business with people who have not verified their account.

I'm not brand new I have another account but I forgot my password to it and I had a listing on there and a verified account with my phone number but now I can't verify this account with my phone number because it has already been used. I know this site, look at listia rules it says you have to sell to any buyer that has bid on the item that has won. I just wanted more pictures. That's all.

That sucks for getting your pass code. Try linking your other account with Facebook, sign in, then you should be able to get into your older account. Get you a small tablet booklet and make notes on all your passwords.
