This is brand new. I tore open the plastic Avon cover just to take photos. I am glad that I did because there are some staining on front and inside on the cloth which you can see in the pictures. I bought this at an auction in a box with other things. So, I am assuming that the stains have been there from the beginning. The Avon plastic cover was sealed shut, so I had to cut open to remove the bag.
