This is a BNIP zebra striped Velcro bandana for your dog (or cat if it's laid back enough to wear a bandana). I have a 15lb Westie but she has lots of hair that would cause this little bandana to disappear on her. It is 13" in full diameter but you need to have a pet with a smaller than 13" neck because you need at least an inch on each side to latch the Velcro. So it needs to be a pet with a neck circumference of less than 11". I'm offering free shipping to the US. Please measure your pet before bidding because I do not do refunds for any reason. I got this in a bundle of a whole box of dog goodies but this was just too small for my girl. The nice thing about this bandana is it goes for a boy or girl dog.
