This auction features one used beautifully elegant gold blouse or if you wish can be worn as a jacket, it is designed by CHICO'S DESIGNS and made of 70% silk 18% rayon and 12% polyester. A size 3 is a plus size and I find them not to be accurate so I measured and the the back measures 24 inches across the middle of the back, the shoulders are 19 inches from shoulder to shoulder, the sleeves measures 23 inches from wrist to shoulder, and the waist band measures 48 all the way around. There are two hidden breast pockets and 4 back buttons at the waist for adjustments. My home is smoke free and shipping is free.
