This is an unopened NeilMed Sinus Rinse. If you're not familiar with these, the best I can describe it is a bottle that you squirt the "sinus rinse" up your nose, and let it drain out the other side. It's similar to a Neti Pot if you're familiar with those. It comes with a packet with "sinus rinse", but if you don't want to continue to buy more of the packets (they're expensive) you can make you own. It's distilled water, a small amount of non-iodized salt, and a small amount of baking soda.

For shipping, I'm going to take the contents out of the box, and place them in a ziploc bag (so they still remain sanitary). I'll cut up the box and include it. It won't fit in a shipping box as is, and the product box isn't strong enough to hold up in the mail.
