Pretty necklace & earrings. I don't know what NWT means. I bought them from someone who misled me telling me they were AVON. Well... I got a good deal anyway... but I would never mislead anyone so these ARE NOT Avon! Still quite pretty! They are solid black. The 3 dots you see on each of the beads are reflections from my lights.

Necklace is 20" with 3" of additional chain.

When advertising yes it does, but NWT stamped on the chain doesn't mean "new with tags". It's like how AVON and 1928 mark their jewelry, this has NWT.
