Not sure what this is called,i know its what is used for making a scarf,either way,it in good condition and bright colors.

It is called sashay scarf yarn. Makes very pretty scarves. Easy to make all you do to make a scarf with it is gather the top threads with a crochet hook. Put ten to fifteen on the crochet hook and then take the last one and pull it through all the other ones and continue on until you reach the end of the skein.
