Ok, I can't find anything about CAD on the USPS.com website, so I really just do not know. The biggest roadblock that I foresee is that I picked $2, I do not know what exact shipping will be, I was just asking for $2, and if it's more then I was going to pay the remainder, does that make sense? So if it ends up being $3.50 and I send it COD, you would be responsible for the full amount. I would really rather not mess with that, so if you win and cannot send shipping money through Paypal as stated in the ad, and will not send concealed cash or stamps, then I will just refund your credits and relist the item. Thank you

I dont have a pay pal account and my husband said concealed cash is what you would put in a card for like birthdays. So if that is all it is I can do that. Sorry new to all this I will figure it out soon! I hope ! thanks for looking into that for me... :-)

Yes, you would just want to wrap it in a piece of paper or something so anyone who saw the envelope would not know there was money inside of it. It is also a good idea to get delivery confirmation(50 cents extra), so you will know when I received it. I was ripped off by someone on LIstia who said they ONLY accept concealed cash, I sent her $5 for a pair of shorts, she kept the money, never sent the shorts, and soon afterwards Listia disabled her account because I guess she did that to a lot of people. Listia returned my credits though, so that was a plus.

When the auction ends, if you are the winner, we will be able to communicate through Listia privately. Something to watch is that a lot of times people come in the last few minutes on an auction and bid, so keep the page open on your computer at the end so you can bid more if needed. This outfit is soo cute, I love all things Nautical!
