Some very light handling or shelving nicks — I took pictures of the covers & have tried to show any areas that aren’t perfect — but it is very near perfect, you’d have be thinking very critical & looking hard to see any "flaws".

I personally see nothing wrong with this book, no markings inside on the actual pages or on the edges that I found, no spills or stains or anything like that -- but please see the pictures for details, & be pleased before you bid.

Smells like a printed book -- we have kept it sealed in a zip lock like bag. No cigarettes or pet odors from keeping it here with us before it moves on to you.
