Well the best i can explain is that it says blue diamonds. It does have some stones in the sides you can see as you move it. Painted was the best way I knew to explain it. Yes it is stamped .925 on the inside of the band. The best way I can explain is it looks kinda like how marcasite looks but just in blue... Does that help any ? Thank you for looking at the ring it is a pretty little ring.

Hi, If you were to soak that stone (or whole ring) in baby oil for a while (1/2 to 1 day)
it may bring out the stone's natural shine. It looks like it was worn while doing dishes or using cleaning products and got dried out. That works for opals, pearls, and turquoise works well too.
