Interesting little metal pin,
Mexican girl in traditional costume, perhaps a Quinceañera? For give my ignorance if not, and please feel free to educate me. This appears to be cold painted

aluminum, and has markings on the inside. I purchased it because I found it interesting. It appears to be vintage.
It's a fun little piece, but time to move it on.
