This auction is for a princess cut light blue dermal head. It is new but out of original package. It also happens to be March's birthstone so it would make a great gift.

It goes in a micro dermal post. The stud above has a threaded post attached and it screws into a micro dermal post. Dermal piercings are basically a bar inserted into the second layer of skin and they have a threaded post that comes up to be even with the first layer of skin. The piece above would screw into that post and when fully screwed in, you can only see the blue gem and the prongs holding it in place.
