The listing, Beautiful, Shiny Blue Necklace - FREE SHIPPING has ended.

This is a beautiful, shiny, blue necklace with rhinestones. I got it at Express and you can see the Express tag in the last photo. It is costume jewelry. The metal is a gunmetal color. It's 16" long and there's an additional 1" extension chain that you can use.

All photos were taken in natural light with no flash except the third photo, which was in natural light WITH flash.
