I have this Samsung Screen Protector Kit by Verizon brand new in the package. I've upgraded my phone to a Droid 2 and I no longer need this item.. I will attach pics of it out of the package so you can see tabs still on the sides for placing on your phone. I had an S3 phone.

Included with the screen protector you will receive a screen wipe and a smoothing card (to remove air pockets when placing on phone). They are all brand new in the package. Inside the package is easy to follow directions for applying your screen protector.
