It measures 29 inches across the bust from arm pit to arm pit laying flat and 30 inches long.

Classy looking. Is this a true 3x meaning 26/28?? Now days I notice items at stores saying 3x are only 22/24 which is like Asian sizes, run small.

Yes I noticed that myself in todays clothing.I believe it is because measurements for 3X bust line laying flat runs 29-30 inches across and this is 29.Thanks for your interest and have a good day
