It does that, yes ~ but if worn properly & continuously it actually changes your physical shape! You get an hourglass shape just by "waist training" :)
And it actually works ~ a few years ago I had 2 babies & I wore size 22 in jeans, I began "waist training" with these & in 3 months I was down to 16's ~ in 6 months down to 11's ~ then in 8months down to a size 9 in jeans! I hadn't been that small since high school :) But I didn't lose weight! I still weighed the same ~ All my curves were just in the right places :)
