-If you use GIN you will receive a new in box "CInderella" 3 piece liquid eyeliner set plus at least 2 more eye products(make-up only)
-Brands and value vary, but you will receive at least 2 extras with GIN not including the Cinderella set. there is absolutely no dollar items for your surprise. none of your other items, excluding Cinderella, can be bought at the drug store, they are a little higher in value.

Waterproof?

they do offer a water-proof formula but this one is not. avon claims this one is water-resistant and provides 24 hour volume. my personal experience with this formula is it last all day without flaking or running and you can not remove it with soap and water. you definitely need eye makeup remover that says it will remove water-proof formulas for this one. my two favorite mascaras are this one and Too Faced Better than sex mascara, this one last longer after applying for me. I don't like mascara that takes multiple coats, or needs to be reapplied, it usually takes only one coat for this one. I would honestly be afraid to try the water-proof formula in this mascara. I don't know if this helps, but eyeliner and mascara are my favorite makeup items. I have a 3 hour "rule", if it flakes, runs, smudges, etc., after 3 hours it goes in the trash, I just haven't had any of those issues with this formula. thank you for stopping by.
