Hmmm, lol now you've got me. That's a really good question! I've been a member of MCR since 2007 and that's the first that I ever was asked that. The only thing that I can guess is that they'd be worth 5 points each since according to the chart a 6-pack is worth 5 points. Please let me know if you find out differently. :)
