I have been using them for 2 years. Everyone's body is different so some use them to lose weight which didn't work for me, but I do use them to cut my sugar cravings when I am out of control. They also detox my body when I am over stressed. I use them 2 nights in a row then give it a rest for one night, and do it again if I need it. Usually use them about once a week now that I know what to look for from my body. This is a great way to try them before investing in getting them in quantity. Hope that helps

Ty ,wasn't looking to lose weight or cut cravings,more so to just detox a lil and for.some edema in legs
....will it workfor swelling ,and or acne? Not familiar. With these at all sorry n ty;) again lol... is their a brand name maybe I can google them?
