This brand new! I received this in a gift basket, but I have no use for it.

There is liquid inside the heart. You pop the piece of metal that is inside the heart. It will then turn to a warm heat pack that you can use just about anywhere! You can use this over and over again. In order to re-use, you just throw this in some boiling water and boil for a few minutes.
