These are made by GOLDWELL(GREAT NAME IN HAIR PRODUCTS!) and they are completely washable! I have 6 tubes left when I started with 8!! I have 3 Blue(like cobalt) 1 Army Green, 1 Bronze & 1 Copper. You just brush it on. Lil brush inside just like regular mascara.
