San Marzano tomatoes, a variety of plum tomatoes, are considered by many chefs to be the best plum tomatoes in the world.
Compared to the Roma tomato, San Marzano tomatoes are thinner and more pointed. The flesh is much thicker with fewer seeds, and the taste is stronger, sweeter and less acidic.

With the value of credits on Listia being at 7500 credits=$1, I would have to place it at 8000 just to break even with the cost of mailing, Listia fees, and the seeds themselves.
