This is being sold as a collector's item (wheat back pennys are still constantly circulated, and I got a silver certificate as change once. So the fact that, yeah, you still could spend it, is kinda irrelevant. The majority of the quarters on here don't look any different from the current ones, with the eagle back. You could spend them anywhere. So I should be allowed to keep this up.)
